Kith Opens Its Second Canadian Store in Vancouver

Retail ·

The New York retailer has set up a 9,000-square-foot shop at Oakridge Park, with a dessert counter and an early Salomon release.

Kith has opened its second Canadian store at Oakridge Park in Vancouver, three years after the New York fashion and lifestyle retailer arrived in Toronto.

The shop covers roughly 9,000 square feet in the mall's North Arcade. It carries men's, women's, children's and baby collections, along with footwear, accessories and brand collaborations. A Kith Treats dessert counter has its own entrance on the arcade, and its rotating menu includes items developed for Vancouver.

Design

Founder, CEO and creative director Ronnie Fieg worked on the interior with architect Ben Porto of Porto Architecture, as on several earlier Kith stores. The store sits at the western end of the arcade behind a curved-glass front, with entrances from both the mall and the outdoor walkways. Nearby brands include Maison Margiela, Valentino and Canada Goose.

The men's department uses dark walnut walls, marble, brass and velvet panels embossed with the Kith crest. The women's floor is lighter, with chevron-patterned white oak and emerald quartzite, and stocks designer handbags and fine jewellery chosen for Vancouver. Kith Kids has cloud-inspired fittings and mint-green accents, and sizes run from infants to older children.

Kith will put its Winter 2026 Salomon footwear collaboration on sale in Vancouver on October 23, three days before the global release on October 26.

Toronto comparison

The first Canadian store opened in September 2023 as a two-storey flagship at 78 Yorkville Avenue, with a Sadelle's restaurant inside. Its build-out cost close to $10 million and was carried out by the Montreal firm SAJO. The cost of the Vancouver store has not been disclosed, and it has no restaurant.

Oakridge Park, developed by QuadReal Property Group and Westbank on the site of the former Oakridge Centre, opened in stages from May 28, 2026. It started with about 500,000 square feet of retail space and is expected to reach about 650,000. Louis Vuitton, Prada, Miu Miu, Brunello Cucinelli, Moncler and Versace are among its tenants, and a Giorgio Armani boutique and café is due to open on October 23.
